At the start of 2015, BA Urus Bina was awarded by KEJORA with the construction of an affordable housing area in Taman Penawar Harmoni on a 33.4 acre land.
551 house units were built which consist of:
- 65 units of mid-cost shop lots,
- 131 units of A type PKJ,
- 211 units B-type PKJ,
- 112 affordable of housing units (RMMJ) and
- 21 semi-d housing units to fit the needs of low to mid income people residing in Johor.
