We are searching for a site supervisor to monitor the progress of our construction project and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. The supervisor is also expected to supervise construction workers on site safety practices and evaluate employee performance.
• Inspect construction sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established protocol.
• Maintain a well updated record of construction employee attendance.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure the construction project meets design and safety specifications.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A Minimum of 3 years experience as civil engineer on similar projects.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
