BA Group recently organized a company retreat at the Villea Rompin Resort in Pahang from March 10th to 12th, 2023. The purpose of the retreat was to demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our employees and their families and to promote work-life balance. We planned a variety of activities to allow everyone to come together and enjoy some quality time, including a drawing competition and pool time for the children, while the parents had some time to relax..
On the first day, the children took part in a drawing competition and spent time in the pool, while the parents had some time to relax. The second day started with an early morning aerobic session followed by a tele-match for both adults and children, providing a great opportunity for everyone to have some friendly competition. In the evening, we had a formal dinner, a dress-up competition for kids, and a performance by our employees and directors to create lasting memories. On the final day, we enjoyed some pool activities before heading back home in the morning, creating a relaxed and fun-filled day that allowed everyone to bond and spend some quality time together.
